Thanks to Hampton Inn and SLO Pages for all this wonderful information!

Friday Events:

The skies will glow Friday evening with a spectacular Candle Glow at dusk. A truly unique event and a dramatic grand finale to the Concert! Admission gates open at 5:30 PM with the Concert beginning at 6 PM.

Friday evening concert will feature Sugar Daddy Swing Kings. This popular band is a central coast favorite that has been wowing crowds throughout the state for well over a decade. They draw their inspiration from the Big Band and Vegas eras of Swing and are guaranteed to keep your toes tapping. Their entertainment value is priceless as their horn-infused rhythms delight all ages and backgrounds.

Amphitheater seating is available for the concert. Guests are encouraged to bring blankets or low back chairs for seating.
Friday evening food is brought to you by Paso Robles Police Explorer Post and Hospitality Catering. The Paso Robles Police Explorers will serve up Tri Tip Sandwiches and Taquitos. Hospitality Catering will provide their famous peach cobbler, ice cream, bottled water & assorted soda. River Oaks Golf Course will provide Firestone beer, chardonnay and cabernet wine.

Outside beer, wine, ice chest and food may not be brought into the Concert.

Saturday Events:

Paso Robles Hot Air Balloon Festival celebrates its second year with activities between 6 AM and Noon. For the safety of our festival guests, spectators will not be allowed inside the gates until admission opens at 6 AM. Please be respectful of this as it allows the balloon pilots to conduct a morning briefing and prepare for flight. Remember you are coming through a residential area – DRIVE SLOWLY.

Spectators should plan to be at the launch site by 6:30 AM to see what many people believe is the best time to see the balloons flying and it is generally cooler in the morning. The balloons will take off upwind from the field and will fly over Paso Robles community.
This is one of the few Hot Air Balloon events that permits the crowd to walk about the field and visit the pilots and crews. It is a great time to take close-up pictures of the inflation process. Also one balloon will take off as “the hare” and soon after the other balloons will chase the hare as “the hounds”.

This year’s Festival has expanded to include a host of activities, food, and fun for the entire family. Some of the activities include a pancake breakfast provided by the Paso Robles Lions Club, a demo by the North County Cloud Clippers, The Balloon Lady!, a bounce house for the kids and more! Check back often as we are adding new attractions weekly!

Festival admission is $10 per car – load ’em in and come on down. Walking guests are $5 per person. All proceeds from the Festival benefit The First Tee Central Coast, a youth golf and life skills program.

Sunday Events:

On Sunday, April 26th there will be Hot Air Balloon rides available to the public. There will not be any Festival activities on Sunday.
